Since you didn't give any diagram, I presume that the two chains ans wire are in a letter Y shape configuration, with the two chains formg the two arms of the Y, and the 500N weight is suspended by the wire to the bottom of the Y.
In that case, resolve T1 and T2 horizontally,
T1.cos(30) = T2.cos(60)
Reslove T1 and T2 vertically,
T1.sin(30) + T2.sin(60) = T3 = 500 N
You should be able to solve the equations for the 3 unknowns T1, T2 and T3
