SB16 是 Creative 古老 的 ISA 插曹 聲卡 內置 2W+2W 放大器
windows 95 開始 已內置 diver
大部份 dos 軟件也內置 diver
最主要是卡上有兩個 jumper
一個是 set IRQ 5
另一個好像 set I/O Add 220
