I would like to know how do we use "How fast" and "How quickly" in forming questions?

For example, we say
" How fast can he run?"
Then how about "How quickly"?

What is the difference between the two?

Fast (adj) = 快, 迅速.
" How fast can he run?" 是對的.
答: Yes, he runs real fast.

如你用 "How quickly can he run" 也對, 但這是有比較性質的, 例:
如你答: Yes, he runs real quickly 便不對了
應答: He runs as quickly as a jaguar.

Quick - 敏捷/迅速, 有立即的意思. (quick 係 adverb, quickly 係 adjective, How 之後該是 adverb)

Fast - 時間上的快, 有長短.
