@切削方式敘述:
K1.第一刀,工件X、Y方向以精修方式切寬0.1mm。

K2.第二刀進行Z方向平面切削,路徑是由工件中心點先往3點鐘方向移動,再由反方向回切,而後再以逆時針方向偏移一角度切削,而後依照放射狀方式切削之。
K3.平面切削完成後程式會自動執行第三刀,側銑寬度不變,深度則變為5mm。繼續依照K1步驟路徑繞工件外圍一次即停止。
@量測段差方式
需在切削完成之1小時後,才可做量測動作。
A. X、Y方向段差量測
A1.利用千分量錶吸附在主軸上端。
A2.量測X與Y方向第一刀路徑與第三刀路徑之斷差值,量測位置如圖1所示虛線處。
A3.量測方向:X1處(中心處)量測完後,Z軸上拉移動X軸向至X2處做量測;Y1處量測完後,Z軸上拉移動Y軸向至Y2處做量測。
B. Z方向段差量測
B1. 同樣將千分錶吸附在主軸上端。
B2. 量測工件的段差,從加工起始位置(約在Z1位置)與結束位置(約在Z2位置)量測出段差值(Z);驗證示意圖可參考圖2所示。
