過往病史：

現在病史：
This 69-year-old-male patient was tken to our ER by family on Dee-6,2006.
According to the statement by his family that he has history of seizure and Resp failure s/p Tr. He had pain and miasma of abdomen with vomiting, and cold sweating with pale appearance recently. However those symptoms got worse today, and severe local tenderness of epigastrium attacked when he arrived.
The Lab data of Na 134.4；S-GPT 105；HB 11；HCT 35.2；MCV 73.6；MCH 23；MCHC 31.3
was found after physical examination.
V/s showed： BT 37；HR 60/min；RR 18/min；BP 163/87 mmHg
CXY showed： R/O pneumonia of right side.
KUB showed： ileus
E.K.G. showed： Q波異常,時發性心室早期收縮.
As those symptoms and signs progressively exacerbated that he eas admitted to our ward for further evaluation and management.

現在病史:
此69歲男性病患在2006.12.6被家人送來本院急診。
根據他家人的敘述,他有癲癇及呼吸衰竭,氣切術後的病史,最近有腹痛,嘔吐及冒冷汗情形,
臉色較蒼白。然而,今天這些症狀惡化伴有嚴重上腹局部腫痛。
實驗室檢查:
生命徵象:
x光顯示:疑似右側肺炎
腎臟輸尿管膀胱攝影:腸阻塞
心電圖:
當這些症狀持續惡化時需入院做進一步的處理。
