當 make up one's mind 時, 好像不可能. ( + to, or + that .... )
當 choosing / pondering / ....among many options 時, 應該可以. 以下解釋例句是來自英英字典.
解釋--If a person or group of people decides something, they choose what something should be like or how a particular problem should be solved.
例句-- She was still young, he said, and that would be taken into account when deciding her sentence.
例句-- This is an issue that should be decided by local and metropolitan government.
