who / whom / which / that / whose
Os pronomes who e whom têm como antecedente uma pessoa. O pronome relativo which refere-se a coisas ou animais e pode ser tanto o sujeito como o objeto do verbo seguinte.
O pronome relativo whose significa cujo, cuja.
Who (que): Antecede pessoa, seguido do verbo;
Whom (que): Antecede pessoa, seguido de nome ou pronome;
Which (que): Antecede objetos, animais e coisas;
That (que): pode substituir who, whom e which.
Whose (cujo, cuja): é seguido de substantivo.

but, my friend...you must know that about RR and NR:
a RR- restritive relative clause tell about who or what is being referred to...(fala sobre quem ou a q se refere...), como "Blast-Off Fireworkers is the factory WHICH the robbers broke into"

a NR -non restrictive relative clause gives an extra information about person, thing, place... "The room, which Fingers said was the boss's office, had a big, thick steel door"
