Taí duas opções para download:

- http://www.portalcab.com/downloads/google-earth.php
Esse outro link é pra deixar o Google Earth em português:
- http://baixaki.ig.com.br/download/Google-Earth-em-Portugues.htm
Depois de baixar o arquivo, basta copiá-lo para a pasta "C:/Arquivos de programas/Google/Google Earth/lang" e executar o Google Earth normalmente.

Google earth, você pode baixar no baixaki e de grátis, agora se sua conexão for discada e seu pc for fraquinho vai demorar um pouquinho pra você ver as imagens, mais eu utilizo e é bem legal e atualizado.
