¿se usa el "doesn't" o el "isn't"?

Se dice: "Love doesn't exist", porque do-does es un auxiliar para verbos no defectivos como en "to be" (is-are-am).

el 'doesn't ' se forma cuando juntas
el 'does' con el 'not'

el isn't es 'is not' junto
y significa no es
