It's "To be continued"

Think of it as... "It will be continueD later"
"Continue" is present tense.

Per esempio, when I'm talking to my friends, and they get interrupted for some reason, I'll command them to "continue."

But usually, like at the end of movies or shows, it will say, "To be continued."
