vc pega o termo comum entre os fatores, no exemplo acima é o 2, coloca em evidência, depois é só dividir cada fator (2x e 2m) pelo 2(fator da evidência)
2x dividido por 2 eliminia o 2 e sobra o x, 2m dividido por 2 elimina o 2 e sobra o m.
então: 2x + 2m = 2 (x+m)
