咩係voltmeter in parallel/in series 同埋 ammeter in parallel/in series?
兩者有咩分別?

in a series circuit, there's only one path for the current to flow..
the light bulbs share the voltage,,but the amperes remains the same..

in a parallel circuit, there's several paths for the current to flow..
voltage are the same in each routes,, but the current will split

伏特計（voltmeter）是用來量度（measure）電路（circuit）中兩點間的電位差（potential difference），因此要用導線把伏特計連上該兩點。例如要量度電路中跨過某（或某些）元件（component）兩端的電位差，我們便用導線把伏特計連接在電路上該（或該等）元件的兩端，這種連接方式，是伏特計與該（或該等）元件並聯（in parallel）。

安培計（ammeter）是用來量度電路中流過某點的電流（current）。假設要量度流過某點的電流，我們把導線在該點截斷，然後把導線兩個截口連接上安培計的兩端。之前流過該點的電流，現在流過安培計，於是安培計便可顯示出電流讀數。這種連接方式，是安培計與電路串聯（in series）。
