英文通知信点寫呀........好急呀..

我公司有一樓宇已租出, 合約到今個月期滿, 已電話通知住客的形況, 是留言的 , 但到現在還未有回覆,我想出一封通知信給他但我不懂如何寫, (我英文好差) 其實我想叫他回覆我要継續租還是會約滿後搬, 請問封信要点打才對, 住客是一個外籍人士, 及格式要怎樣的.....有冇人可以幫到我呢 !!! 及有冇d網址可以作參考...
