Hey are you free right now? You have time for a quick chat?
Are you busy right now? Can you talk now?
Are you free at the moment? Is it ok if I have a quick chat with you?
Would you have a spare moment to talk right now?
Would you be free to talk right now?

I will use the following sentences to ask to my American friends:
Can we talk?
Do you have a minute?
Do you have time to chat?
