The atoms in each of the three molecules are joined together by covalent bonds.
CO :
triple bond, 2 are normal covalent bonds and 1 dative bond (O gives the electron pair)
Each of C and O has 8 electrons in the outermost shell.
NO :
double bond
O has 8 electrons in the outermost shell, but N has only 7.
SO2 :
two S=O double bonds
Each O has 8 electrons in the outermost shell, but S has 10.

The molecules are held together by van der Waals' forces, which are intermolecules forces, but NOT chemical bonds.
