Se você quer PC:
Os HPs geralmente são muito bons com multimídia, tenho um pavilion ze4900, um modelo um pouquinho ultrapassado já, mas muito bom. O modelo do meu primo que é um pouco melhor tem gravador de DVD e tela widescreen.
Os DELL são uma marca mais econômica, mas nunca usei um.
Agora, se você quer um computador de verdade, que quase não dá pau e não defasa tão rápido , compre um aple.

se é pra um bom la vai tem que ter 1024 de ram, 256 de video, 80 giga de hd, combo de dvd, e um processador que tem pelo menos 1 mega de cache L2
