How often .. 是地地道道的英文，絶對不是如上一則回答者所說的Chinglish。當你想知道別人做某件事的頻密程度，問法就是用how often。例如：
How often does the Star Ferry run? (=What is the frequency of the Star Ferry?)
How often do you take a vacation?
通常回答都會是once every ... 每...一次或every ... 每。
如以上的問題，你的回答可以是：
The Star Ferry runs every five minutes.
I take a vacation once every two years.
How是一個好用的問題詞，因為回答者要說出他的意思，不能夠以Yes/No為答案。
How + adjective/adverb 是一個程度的問題，相等於中文的「有幾……」或「有多……」。

鬼佬们都覺得中國人的英語可笑(稱我們说的是chinglish(中國英語)(實無此字他們戲言而己)，最好用do you/are you代替how乜乜去完成問题，同時應以更普遍用的always代以often,如do you always go to the dentist較佳。
