外貿高手..關於安排國外客戶住宿與接機相關事宜..

公司突然要接待外國客戶..我幫他訂了飯店之後..該怎麼回信給他呢..請英文高手幫幫我..
我要告知我幫他訂了圓山飯店,從12/1到12/5,地址:1,Chung Shan N.Rd.,Sec.4,Taipei, Taiwan, 104.R.O.C 電話: 886-2-2886-8888 代碼: 251453 .
每晚的費用是4400台幣,共五天...還有飯店會派人接機,費用是1700台幣 .
另外..我還要問他是否確定12/5要我們幫他訂從台北飛往新加坡的飛機..確定的話我們公司就要幫他訂機票了..機票費用是10500台幣...

與為外國客戶提供資訊要完整與精確，因為文化與習俗的關係，雙方認知不同。所以最保險的方式是假設他都不清楚，一次給他最完整與精確的資料，一方面避免誤會導致日後不愉快，同時也可顯示我們的專業程度。

Rd., Sec.4, Taipei , Taiwan , 104 R.O.CPhone : [phone]Staying Period : 4 room nights from Dec 1 to Dec 5Rate : Total NT$17,600 + tax (NT$4,400 + tax/night)Airport Pick-up Service : NT$1,700Would you like us to book a flight for you from Taipei to Singapore on Dec 5?  The charge of air ticket is NT$10,500 + tax.  Please let us know when you need our assistance.We look forward to meet you soon and have a nice trip!Best regards,XXXX其他建議︰訂飯店通常以多少「晚」作單位，所以從12/1到12/5會叫作4晚(4 room nights或4 nights)。若一定要寫「天數」的話，必須指明入住日期及退房日期才不容易混淆。除非清楚客戶是美商，否則商務書信大多用英文寫明月份(from Dec 1 to Dec 5)，而非只用阿拉伯數字代替﹔因英商或大多歐洲地區的日期寫法(dd/mm/yy)與美商不同。若對方是「客戶」的話，大多是公司安排業務人員接、送機，除非對方是非常熟悉台灣或客戶自己提出不須接送，不然公司安排業務人員接待是一種商務禮儀。如可以，應寫明飯店接機服務及收費是專人轎車形式或是機場穿梭巴士形式，並且收費是否含稅，以便客戶有時間上或其他的安排。
