In   my   previous job,the   most  important  thing  I  learned   is  how  to   put  together  large  projectsand  see  them  to  completion.I  leraned  how  to   conduct  needsanalysis,put  together   a  plan ,organize  a  team,divide  labor,implement  ideas,and  assess   outcomes.With    this  general  knowledge,I   can   be   a  successful   partof   many   kinds   of   project   teams.在我之前的工作，我所學最重要的事是如何一起與同事合作提出大型方案並且完成的處理這個方案．我學習如何經營、及分析所需要的、一起計劃、組織團隊來分工合作、實行構想、評估結論．有了這樣普遍的知識我可以成功的在企業團隊的其中一個崗位做各式各樣的工作請各位英文達人，幫我看看我翻譯的文章有什麼地方需要修改的拜託了．中文英文都要

In my previous job, the emphasis(the most important thing;抱歉,我個人喜歡精簡) was that I had learned(已經;過去完成式) how to co-operate with my collegues in large projects and see the completion.

I also had learned how to conduct analysing(兩個動詞擠在一起,第二個就要轉成動名詞) requirements, planning projects, organizing teams, specializing(分工不是說把勞工分開,而是讓勞工專業化或者專職化) my collegues by different duties(專職專責). eventually the concept(idea) could be implemented, so the outcome could be evaluated(assess有measure的意思) as well.

i believe that i shall(得) be able to take over(接手) all the duties with my plenty knowledges that i ever learned and win my own position in a successful team of any enterprises.

The most important lesson I learned from my previous job experience is the imporatance of teamwork. I learned how to cooperate and work with team members and how to excute and accomplish large  projects with teamwork. I  leraned  how  to collect information, analysis datas, setup plan ,organize team, distribution of labors, implement  ideas, and assess outcomes.
