In the event if I saw someone stealing property from an old woman, I will immediately report the incident to the police by my mobile phone. While I was waiting for the arrival of the police, I will try to keep the suspect in sight and for the sake of my own safety, I would not confront the suspect at any time as I did not know whether he got any weapons in hand. On the other hand, I would also try to memorize the suspect's appearance because in case if the suspect was arrested, I might have to attend an idenfitication parade in the police station in due course. Furthermore, nowadays mobile phones have the ability to take pictures or movie, I could also make use of this benefit to gather evidence for futher prosecution of the suspect.
