Date 其中一個解釋即約會 (verb or noun)
毋須後加 preposition "with"
應寫成
I really want to date her.
其他寫法:
I really wanna date her out. (wanna = short form of "want to")
I really wanna ask her out on a date.
I really wanna go out with her.

字典解釋
Date (noun)
= a social meeting planned in advance, such as one between two people who are or might become sexual partners
eg: He's asked her out on a date.
eg: She has a hot date (= an exciting meeting) tonight.
Date (verb)
= to regularly spend time with someone you have a romantic relationship with
They were dating for five years before they got married.
How long have you been dating Nicky?

date指約會
一般作動詞用時不用preposition, 即 "i really want to date her."
若作名詞用可寫作 "i really want to have a date with her."
所以 date with her是錯的.
另一說法是 "i really want to go out with her.", 也解作約會, 在這情況下就要有 with.
