關係代名詞的問題

Question

A computer system which allows millions of computer users to exchange information.
請問這句位什麼一定要有關代??
只有一個動詞就可以了嗎?
我一直已為一定要有兩個動詞!!

很多英文老師都沒有說到重點，所謂"關係。代名詞" (我特別分開寫) 你看到了，就是著重在"代名詞"的身份，是拿來"代替" "名詞"用的才叫代名詞，那你明白了吧，它就是一種名詞而已，英文句子的原則是一句一動 (一個句子一個動詞)，那二個句子當然就是二個動詞囉。

你提供的這個句子並不完整，由此句看來後面應還有其他訊息，要不然就不用which。

再說明
Which (of these) do you want? Which do you want?
--->which 代替 of these

The book, (which I read last night), was exciting.
--->二個句子，which指 the book

(Damaged goods constituted part of that )(which was sold at the auction).
--->二個句子，which 指前面的 damaged goods
