在使用國外的奇摩信箱，不會自動選取中文的編碼，請問怎麼辦?

我申請的奇摩信箱，是國外的網址，結尾是@yahoo.com，

而我在台灣收信時，網頁開啟都會自動使用英文的編碼(ISO-8859-1)，

所以我收的中文信都會變成亂碼，

而每次都要重新選擇一次繁體中文的編碼，實在有點麻煩，

不知可有人知道該怎麼解決這個問題，

可以讓網頁開啟來就是繁體中文的編碼?

我在自動選取的地方，已經勾選了繁體中文，

但是每次重新開啟一次網頁，他都會自己選到英文編碼去，

實在很困擾，請大家幫幫忙，謝謝!!

Start/Settings/Control panel/Internet options/General/Languages/Add Chinese(Taiwan)

or

1. Settings/Control panel/Regional and language options/
Select Languages tab/Supplemental language support/Check install files for east asian languages
2. Select Advanced tab/Seclect Chinese(Taiwan) for non-unicode program
3. Start/Settings/Control Panel/Regional and Language Options/Languages/Details/Advanced/ then you need to make sure Compatibility Configuration is CHECKED.
