再看及想落這語句很不順及不通. 因為似乎沒有這類 "權" 的. 但既然譯了便算數, 不研究了.

很同意樓上 Lam sir 的說法, 那句中文句子真的有點問題, 相信他的意思是:
員工是否不能控制被炒(不是抄)權? 或者是: 員工是否沒有權去控制自己被炒? (其實中文都很少這樣說法, 是一種倒裝文法, 將英文的說法寫成中文)
唉, 現在的人不論中和英都那麼好................
