What should you do when you feel very sad?

I am very lucky to have what I have, and I seldom to feel very sad.
I think when I feel sad, I will cry first till to feel better, than I will face the problem and try to solve it.
For example ,If the problem is I can not take care family, school and work at same time,
In family, I will to treasure the time when gathers with my family ,

I am very lucky to have what I have, and seldom feel sad.
But when I do feel sad, I would first cry to make myself feel better, then I will face and try to solve the problem.
If the problem has to do with not being about to take good care of my family, my schoolwork, and my job at the same time, I will do the following:
I will treasure the times spent with my family.
I will decrease the number of credits I'm taking in school.
Then I will talk to my boss, about maybe decreasing the workload until I graduate.
I believe only by facing and solving the problems will I feel better.

I am lucky to have what I have and I seldom feel sad.
When I am feeling down (sad), I will cry my heart out till I feel better. Then I'll face the problem and tried to solve it.
For example, if I am unable to cope with family life, work and studies, I will treasure the time with my family.
I may score less marks for my studies. I can discuss my problems with my boss at work to reduce workload until end of studies.
I believe that by facing the problem directly and solving it head-on, I will feel better about it.

I think I'm very lucky to have everything I have right now. I don't really feel very sad that often.
I think when I feel sad, I will cry out loud until I feel better, and then I will face and try to solve the problem.
For example, if the problem is not being able to take care of my family, my education, and my work at the same time,
I'll try to cherish the time I spend with my family,
I'll take less courses in the school,
and I'll talk to my boss about my problem to see if I can reduce some work time until I graduate from the school.
I believe that only facing and solving the problems can actually make me feel better.
