He recibido una carta de ustedes sobre una cancelacion de un pedido que realice el dia Martes, pero como estoy en Venezuela se me hace dificil contactarlos.
Por favor, envienme por este medio la razon de la cancelacion y como puedo arreglarlo.

Hola, debes tomar en cuenta que el ingles de negocios no es el mismo que el tradicional, un modelo que podrías utilizar para lo que pides puede ser este:
Gentlemen:
I have received you letter to inform me that you have cancelled the order that I have ordered last Tuesday. I am currently in Venezuela and I can not contact you in this moment.
I would be grateful if you let me have information as to this cancellation and how can I solve the problem.

Tu nombre va aqui jeje,
Puedes sustituir "Gentlemen" por "Dear Sir" si te dirijes a una sola persona, obviamente a un hombre.

Me parece que la introducción podría ser más formal. Aquí en Venezuela tampoco introducimos cartas de ese tipo dando las buenas tardes, es un poco antipático y todo, pero es así.
Quizás si pones algo como:
Mr: si el mensaje te lo mandó una sola persona
o Department of XXXXXX si te lo mandaron del Depto de una empresa.
You had sent me a letter cancelling a service request that I made on Tuesday (pon aquí la fecha en este orden: mes, día, año). Since I am in Venezuela it has been dificcult for me to comunicate with you.
The reason I write is that I don´t know why you just cancelled my request. I´ll appreciate that you can explain why and tell me how can I fix it in order to mantain my request.

Espero te sirva...de todas todas trata de hablar con alguien que sepa cómo manejar situaciones formales en inglés porque los gringos son complicaditos con esas cosas. Lo bueno es que siempre ponen atención, jejejeje.
