近排打波的時候,開波的時候,水準下降? 有什麼方法改善呢?有點氣餒!!

發球是網球動作內最單純的, 為什么? 因正反手,volley, smash等均需看對手的來勢.而發球則是百份之百屬自己的動作, 故此你只需勤於練習, 相信它很快便會回來.
水準下降極可能只是短期間的事, 不會長期這樣的.

several reasons i 'd guess:

Physical fitness decline - go to gym more and starts sth.
like jogging for 30 min. regularly

String aging - rackets can last but not for string, if yr string is done, feel and power decrease... it could hurt your game no matter how good u are

learning curve jam - tennis is like rollercoaster. it is not like learning in primary school. sometimes we just hit the wall and the game not only doesn't progress but falls back... in this case, u may need to find a good coach, or some good partners or just change your partners and practice sessions, to get over it

Don't worry, tennis as a recreation can last until u can't get out the bed anymore. Just like a beautiful girl can always turn your head : )

1. AGE ( AS YOUR AGE INCREASE , NOT MUCH ENERGETIC AS BEFORE )
2. PSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECT ( WORRY ABOUT SOME ON YOUR WORKING OR PERSONAL STUFF SO THAT YOU ARE NOT CONCENTRATE ON YOUR TENNIS PERFORMANCE )

3. MOTIVATION OF PLAYING THIS GAMES DECLINE , MAY BE DUE TO NEW HABITS APPEAR , RIGHT?

CORRECTIVE METHODS:
1. TRY TO CONCENTRATE WHEN YOU PLAY TENNIS
2. TRY TO GET BACK THE FEEL OF HOW TO STRIKE THE BALL
3. COMPETITION AMONG YOUR PARTNERS
