我覺得你以上兩句都有文法上的錯誤，以下會比較好。（我係澳洲移民，已移民9年，你大可放心我的英文程度，錯不了。）
It is my honour to commence my study of the Bachelor Degree of Social Work and Social Administration at Hong Kong University.
或者
It is my honour to become a student of Hong Kong University, studying in the area of social work and social administration. (注意：沒有了bachelor就不用大寫。)
HKU幫你寫翻長寫，因爲短寫會不太禮貌。
這兩句都是應用了你入大學之意思寫的。希望幫到你。
