Programming - DB table organize

各位，我剛剛去到一間新公司做IT, 發現佢個 DB 好亂，毫無 document 可言。
依家我想find一個可以draw到DB table for DB organization用既，請問各位有無呢類Freeware 可以介紹下呢?

I am sure there are freewares available, but Microsoft Visio has a module specifically for drawing diagrams for databases.

I believe there is a 30-day trial version. You have to spend some time to learn to use it though.
