Las respuestas que te han dado son las correctas: lo que tienes que comprender es que para hacer preguntas en pasado simple debes usar el auxiliar DID:
what time /get up/yesterday?
What time did you get up yesterday?, la gramática va como sigue:
Wh question + did + person + verb(present tense) + complement...
es igual que hacer las preguntas en presente simple, cuando tienes que usar el auxiliar do, practícalo es muy sencillo

Tienes que usar el auxiliar DID pues las preguntas están en pasado y el pronombre YOU. Te doy el primer ejemplo:
What time DID YOU get up yesterday.
Prompts se refiere a la información que te dan.
