「知客」的意思是否指酒家/酒樓或夜店的「知客」? 外國的同類機構是沒有類似的職銜, 只有「接待員」, 這點基本上工作性質也雷同. 所以, 我建議你用 receptionist 吧.

personal representative = 私人代表. 此詞一般只在法律上出現, 職銜絕少有這樣稱呼. PRO = 公關. 一指如何超瓊般的正經公司的員工; 沒 officer 的亦可指「舞小姐」!!
