It was my second time to work in Tai Shin international bank at customers lending department, I was a housing loan clerk. The main content is the assessment of customer's housing loan, which is complicated, including estimate of housing value, measure creditor's income and debt situation, and communicating with customers and dealing with complains. At that time, I truly understood that good communication and teamwork are very important to the company.

I RETURNED TO Tai Shin International Bank WORKING AS A HOUSING LOAN CLERK at Customer Lending Department. WHAT I DID MAINLY INVOLVED the assessment of CUSTOMERS' housing LOANS, which ARE complicated, including ESTIMATING housing VALUES, MEASURING creditor's income and debt SITUATIONS, communicating with customers and dealing with complains. At that time, I truly understood THE IMPORTANCE OF good communication and teamwork to A company.

I re-joined Customer Lending Service in Tai Shin International Bank as a housing load clerk. I'm in charge of customer housing loan including housing value estimate, measuring income and debt situation of creditors, comunicating with customers and dealing with complains. During that period, I realized how a good communication system and teamwork effect to a company.
