你個project要關於邊個business既範疇先?調查報告? management? marketing? accounting? e-commerce?性質可以好唔同. 例如: 如果你要做調查報告, 你同你既組員要出去做街訪, 然後再根據搜集好既資料再分析. management就多數要做case analysis.我之前做過一個關於management既project, 主要係case analysis report.首先我地會訪問一間公司代表, 訪問公司之前當然要從你學到既知識中諗定幾條問題問人. 問完之後, 再將問題答案分成唔同部分, 比每位組員做, 同埋借定參考資料做報告.我地個project係做以下幾part:0. Executive summary1. Introduction2. Bodya. planningb. organisatingc. leadingd. controlling3. Summary4. Evaluation & Criticism (我從SWOT, social responsibility, 其中一part唔記得.)成份project, 包封面同reference, 用double-spacing做, 共20頁.

When you say a business project, I think you should focus on a particular business or industry. You can choose whatever you want. Just pick an industry that you are interested in the most. Depending on the scope of the project, you can pick and choose the followings for your project:

1. Industry analysis: logistics, customer base, major players, pretty much everything you can think of about the industry.
2. Pick a couple major players and analyze their position such as their competitive advantages, their market share, how they differentiate from each other, and the company strategies.
3. Forecast of the industry future. Given the current situation, who you think will become the major players in the future and why you think that.
