When are you coming back to Taiwan?= When will you go back to Taiwan. But I prefer to use "-ing" because you are really going to school for sure.
( Just let you know that "come back" and "go back" are some different........Come back means the perosn who ask you who actually in Taiwan, and ask you when you come back to tw, Go back means the person who ask you live in other country and you live in other country too as well, so you go back to Taiwan for the reasons......)

This monday, Next monday, this coming up monday.......depend on what date you asking. Let's say it's Sunday and you are gonna back to school tomorrow which is monday, then you have to say " this coming up monday ", if it's a week before school start, then you have to say "next monday".......
You can use " Next monday, because school starts."
