When you open LC, Can you put additional instruction in the LC stating that Negotiating bank should be send (Amount) to Mr Antony as a DD from the total invoice amount by the shipper and attached remittance slip enclosed along with original documents. 所以是說出口商要即期匯票的方式付款給Mr. Antony嗎??所以這個條款是給出口商看的囉??
另外匯款的收據則附於正本裝船文件，於押匯後寄給開證銀行, 這裡的開證銀行是開LC的銀行嗎??

這個條款對進口商有沒有什麼缺點呢??

貴公司開發信用狀時，請在信用狀加上一個條款，就是押匯銀行應從出口商的發票金額中扣除美金XXX元，並將此金額以即期匯票的方式支付給安東尼先生，匯款的收據則附於正本裝船文件，於押匯後寄給開證銀行。

Pls confirm this matter by return for negotiating with our associate packer.

請即回函確認(同意)這件事情，以便我們與我們的合作廠商作進一步的磋商。

(1) 不只這個條款，整張信用狀的所有條款都是要給出口商看的。(2) 付款給安東尼先生的事，是由押匯銀行處理。(3) 是的，開證銀行就是開LC的銀行，英文稱為L/C issuing bank 或L/C opening bank。(4) 如果商品價格已經決定，對進口商就沒有什麼影響，否則，出口商可能會把價格提高一點，因為，要付一筆錢給安東尼先生，出口商能拿到的錢就變少了。
