From my perspective, I believe that under globalized competition, both the individual and enterprise need to constantly learn in order to gain an upper edge amongst the many competitors.

After graduation, I immediately enrolled in military school; during which time I learned the importance of efficiency in assignment execution, as well as the ability to associate with people from various backgrounds.

Facing the competition in the globalization era, I believe that either an individual or enterprises ought to continue learning so as to obtain a solid foothold among competitors. With my discharge from the army, I worked for ooo, realizing that while the foundation of a enterprise culture can form a bond among employees, training, market investigation, and the internal resource sharing constitute a significant part of the external competitiveness. Yet when working for an import & export trading company, I gained an empirical experience in the international trade and thus helped me grow a lot. Nevertheless, due to the scale and scope of the company that impede my career advancement, I am, therefore, determined to make a change in an attempt to pursue a larger room to develop further.
