From my perspective, I believe that under globalized competition, both the individual and enterprise need to constantly learn in order to gain an upper edge amongst the many competitors.

學校畢業後，旋即進入軍中服兵役，在此期間我認知到任務執行力之重要，以及學習到與來自不同地方的人相處的方式。
After graduation, I immediately enrolled in military school; during which time I learned the importance of efficiency in assignment execution, as well as the ability to associate with people from various backgrounds.

自軍中退伍之後曾任職於oooo公司，在該公司服務期間內，我瞭解到企業文化的建立可以凝聚員工對公司的向心力，而人員訓練、市場調查、內部資源分享等則是構成外部競爭力的要素之一。
I started to work for oooo-Company after my discharge from the army. In time, I realized how the establishment of a collective identity in an enterprise could cohere employee loyalty, whereas personnel training, market survey, and internal resource sharing are vital to the competitiveness of an organization.

而在毛衣出口貿易公司，我學習到國際貿易實務經驗，個人覺得成長許多，但由於公司的規模與格局，無法滿足個人追求挑戰與學習的需求，因此決定改變環境，尋找一個可以讓自己可以有更大突破的空間。
While working for a sweater exportation firm, I acquired practical experiences in international business through hands-on work. Due to the company size and layout however, my desire to learn and pursuit challenges could not be satisfied. Therefore, I hope that a change in environment would allow for a greater personal breakthrough in my career.

From my point of view, under globalized competition, both individuals and enterprises need persistent learning to earn themselves a position on the global stage among the many rivals out there.

Having been serving in the army since graduation, I got to know the importance of executive capability of a given mission as well as different ways to get along with people from different places.

During the time I worked for OOOO company after my demobilization from the army, I realized that an enterprise culture will enhance employee loyalty, while personnel traning, market survey, and sharing of internal resources are essentials comprising part of the competitiveness of the company.

而在毛衣出口貿易公司，我學習到國際貿易實務經驗，個人覺得成長許多，但由於公司的規模與格局，無法滿足個人追求挑戰與學習的需求，因此決定改變環境，尋找一個可以讓自己可以有更大突破的空間。
In order not to be limited by the scale and scope of the wool fabrics-exporting company, which I used to work for and have learned practical experiences in international trade from, and to satisfy personal eagerness for challenges and learning, I decide to change for another place for a greater self breakthrough.

Facing the competition in the globalization era, I believe that either an individual or enterprises ought to continue learning so as to obtain a solid foothold among competitors. Soon after my graduation, I served in the army, during which I understood the importance of execution and learnt how to mingle (或associate )with people with different backgrounds. With my discharge from the army, I worked for ooo, realizing that while the foundation of a enterprise culture can form a bond among employees, training, market investigation, and the internal resource sharing constitute a significant part of the external competitiveness. Yet when working for an import & export trading company, I gained an empirical experience in the international trade and thus helped me grow a lot. Nevertheless, due to the scale and scope of the company that impede my career advancement, I am, therefore, determined to make a change in an attempt to pursue a larger room to develop further.

Retires from the armed services since the armed forces in once held an office in oooo Corporation, served in the period in this company, I understood the enterprise culture the establishment might condense the staff to company's centripetal force, but the personnel trained, the market survey, internal resources share and so on constitutes one of exterior competitive power essential factors. But in the woolen sweater export trade company, I studies the international trade practice experience, thought personally grows many, but as a result of company's scale and the pattern, is unable the demand which satisfies individual pursue to challenge and to study, therefore the decision change environment, seeks one to be possible to enable oneself to be possible to have the bigger breakthrough space.

However, due to company's size and style, I can never being satified as far as the challenge and learning needs, therefore I need to find a space that can help me to be strong every way I can be.
