很多反起來都看不懂
翻不出來 也怪怪的
煩請各位先進幫忙修改與指教

Determination of water content:
從shrimp waste hydrolysate的脂質部分測定其含水率，是利用稱量其在乾燥前和乾燥後的重量比而測得，乾燥方式是在40 ◦C真空烘箱中至重量固定為止。
意思是說在40 ◦C真空烘箱中，把水蒸發至樣品重量不再減少，由重量的減少可以知道含有多少水。

Retinol,α-tocopherol, and cholesterol 這些化合物是利用S´anchez-Machado 的方法，從脂質部分萃取出來的，萃取方式有做小部分的修改

秤取 0.40 g子樣品放入上端有螺旋蓋子的分析試管內
