我的工作時間和正職人員一樣也是FULL TIME
只是性質為約聘
工作內容及時間和正職人員一樣,只是薪資及福利不及正職.......麻煩囉

Full-time 只代表全職並非正職,
permanent 才算是正職(非合約員工)

約聘人員 = contract ("人員" 可以省略)
正職正式員工 = full-time ("員工" 可以省略)
Used to be on 6-month contract with XX company and would like to become full-time.
