I agree not to disclose or use any confidential information of AMC during and after cease of the employment.  Confidential information includes proprietary data of any form, technology and know-how, trade secret, and any other information declared and owned by the company except that with written consent of the company for release. Please read carefully the regulation policy below.1.      Suppliers and visitors please check the list of regulated items.  Any regulated item in your possession must be placed in a PIP cabinet.2.      Suppliers and visitors are expected to fully understand and comply with this policy for regulated items.

The aforesaid confidential information shall include any contents about data, technologies and trade secrets, together with any other information shall be construed as the confidential information based on the concurrent situations. The confidential information forbidden for disclosure or use can be exempted only from the the prior written consent forms made by AMC. Please read through forbidden/controlled regulations!Visitors/Suppliers shall comply to this form to inspect whether there is any objects forbidden by AMC carried. If so, please place on PIP closets.Any entrance/exit for controlled objects shall be severely monitored by complying to control regulations.
