我想問英文 (直到現時為止) 點寫?
如上開各英語高手說及的均可用, 但主要是看你整句sentence的意思, 才可用適當的字, 例如:
I never understand the meaning of being humble, until now.
So far I didnt finish any of my homework.
I didnt have my report ready at this moment.
I couldnt answer the questions my teacher asked until you taught me.

其實寫英文要睇埋上文下理先得架, 一般可以用以下句子:
up to this moment
up to now
till now
from the beginning to now
所以要睇你點用先可以話到你知邊句先適合用
