1. Please kindly inform me when will the session begin.
第一,用please kindly後面唔需要加問號;第二,用when比what time...更簡單直接,simple english is good english!
2. If possible, could you tell me what equipments (what kind of equipments) would be required?
用would會好過will少少,俾人感覺冇咁strict,不過睇情況啦,不能就一句句子一概而論

如改用 order form 會更smooth:
Please let me know when will the session be started. (order form, no ?)
If possible, please tell me what kind of equipments are required.
