To Proffer: Ethymologucally comes from Pro (forth, forward, for) and Fero, ferre, latum (to bear, to take, to send). It means to send forth, to emit, to put forward. More usually asociated with linguistic usage, such as: "To proffer insults"

And there is a word in te english language "to proffer" check the calendar everybody.

prooffered is not a word in the english language there is a word preoffered but prooffered is nothing at least to us in the united states
