If you are italian, you should better ask in italian( What does " cold cash" mean? It's like this you had to write it...) anyway , it means the money you have...in your pocket, in your bag... wherever...

Mi manca moltessimo la prattica dell Italiano, ma spero che possa aiutare. "cold cash" si applicano quando pagate con soldi che avete attuali o quando pagate una quantità ad una volta e possi ricevere uno sconto, non come quando pagate con una carta di credito.
