Should I say "Is anything ok there?"

or "Is everything ok there?"

What's different? Anything wrong? Thanks very much!

Typically, "anything" is used in negative expressions or questions,
I don't have anything to say.
Do you have anything to eat?
Is anything happening here?
while we use "everything" in a more positive way,
I have told you everything I know.

We usually hear the Americans say,
Is everything OK? [a positive answer expected]
Is there anything wrong? [in doubt]
所以, 中文問:
還好吧?--->(Is) Everything OK?
怎麼了?--->(Is there) Anything wrong?
