Is my friend saying he will come to the states in December?
acho que nao vai dar para ir para os estados unidos ate dezembro nao consegui juntar grana ainda ta meio dificil guardar dinheiro aqui ,gostaria de saber se vc nao pode vir aqui para sp!!!

He is saying he thinks it won't be possible to go to US in december, because he won't have enough money by then. He said he's having problem saving money. And he asked you if you would like to come to Sao Paulo instead.

Não entendi muito bem o que você deseja, mas lá vai:

I THINK I WILL BE NOT ABLE TO GO TO THE U.S.A THIS DEZEMBER, I COULDN'T SAVE THE MONEY THAT I WILL NEED TO STAY OVER THERE. I DO LIKE TO KNOW IF YOU CAN COME HERE INSTEAD?
