"police" 前面要加 "the". "announce" 應該用完成式 "have announced", "illegals" 在這裏用的並不恰當

On the one hand和on the other hand是像解答者們所說那樣沒錯，但是並不會都一起出現使用，不會那麼繁複，大多只用on the other hand就能表達整句意思，投票我選擇支持2006-10-12 13:13:22這時間發表的人，他的造句文法最正確，但目前我發現他的投票數卻最低ㄟ....

謝謝connoisseur指教，我發現說錯支持對象了，因為投票時只顯示編號幾，而且排列順序也會上下變動，當時可能眼花了居然看錯，我投票的對象不是最高票數ㄟ？？糟糕我無心誤導，是我有錯.....
