嗯....基本上你翻的沒有什麼問題不過我會這樣說：
Today is the first day you work here, I would like to introduce you to other coworkers.
※我是覺得colleagues這個字不太常用的人會比方說寫錯或口誤，所以我會比較喜歡用coworker。
