申請UC和CSU的自傳

想請問申請過UC和CSU的人，申請UC和CSU的大學部自傳該寫些什麼?
我有找到範例但怪怪的.......裡面有三大題:
1.How have you taken advantage of the educational opportunities you have had to prepare for college?
2.Tell us about a talent, experience, contribution or personal quality you will bring to the University of California.
3.Is there anything you would like us to know about you or your academic record that you have not had the opportunity to describe elsewhere in this application?
我的疑問是只要回答這三題就好了嗎?申請CSU也一樣嗎?該怎麼寫比較好?

CSU真的不用寫???我找到的範例也只有UC的......一開始就要寫清楚自己要唸的是什麼嗎?如果我念的是那種不用先選系的要怎麼寫?

基本上，CSU是不需要寫自傳的，只有UC才要．
通常UC會有３個題目，字數要求是２篇２００字，１篇６００字，
至於哪個２００哪個６００完全由學生自己決定．
自傳的重點不是寫得對不對，而是你是否有自己的理想啦，期望啦，
還有，學校藉此來衡量你是否適合就讀他們的學校．

你如果想看更多題目，你可以去找過去幾年來的申請表，每年的題目不太一樣，
但我覺得都大同小異啦，反正就是讓你有個表達自己”不一樣”的地方就是了．

如果我沒記錯的話，轉學生和一年級新生的自傳題目不太一樣，
新生的問的比較general，轉學生的比較specific，
我相信現在UC的２００７年Fall的申請表已經出來了，
你可以上網去看看今年的申請資料．

CSU只要在期間之內繳入申請表並事後補進成績單就可，
但也並不是每個人都這麼簡單．
根據你申請的身份，成績，等等，都會影響你申請表的審查進度．
但我相信今年的申請資料也已經出來了，所以你也可以上網看看．．

對的 CSU 不用 essay, 可是 UC requires three essays for admission. If you will be applying to UC Schools, please pay special attention to your essays. Since, it plays a crucial role in the admission process.

Essays play a crucial role because it is the only piece of admission information where you can convey yourself to the admission officers.

我申請CSU的時候都沒有寫自傳耶
只有UC要吧

First of all, yes, you only need to answer all three of them. However, these are not yes/no questions. You are expected to use your life experience as a proof to show the admission officers what you have been through. In a admission officer's perspective, you are supposed to have creativity and the capability to write a well-organized essay in order to be accepted to their schools.
