HAD
I had a car = yo tenia un auto
i had painted my house = yo había pintado la casa
i had been driving a car = yo habia estado manejando un auto
i had been forgeting my keys = yo habia estado olvidando mis llaves.
pasado perfecto simple
i had been the winner = yo habia sido el ganador
i had been forgotten my keys = yo habia olvidado mis llaves. aqui el verbo en pasado debe ir en participio.
en presente es HAVE (1a persona) o HAS (3a Persona HE/SHE/IT)
she has a car = ella tiene un auto
she has called = ella a llamado
she has been called "fatwoman" = ella a sido llamada gorda
you have been calling to the police = tu has estado llamando a la policia
they have a headache = ellos tienen dolor de cabeza

Simple past: I (had) a backache.
Past continuous: I (was having) a party when something came up.
I (had already had) breakfast before your mother started to speak.

I HAVE--------------- I HAD
YOU HAVE--------- YOU HAD
HE HAS------------- HE HAD
SHE HAS----------- SHE HAD
IT HAS--------------- IT HAD
WE HAVE----------- WE HAD
YOU HAVE---------- YOU HAD
THEY HAVE--------- THEY HAD
Espero que te haya servido, ¡mucho éxito!
¡Hasta Pronto!
