說到標準國語----大家就會說是北京國語
那麼標準美語呢?~~
或是說市面上的英語CD如何判定他的發音好不好??
有的聽起有點怪
有的外籍美語老師說的英語感覺也怪怪的~~~有個腔
所以所謂美語標準發音到底是指哪個州的發音呢?~~~3QQ

actually all accents were divided into 5 main different parts of united states. there are north-eastern accent, eastern accent, southern accent, central accent, and western accent.
if you include other accent of those immigrants of different races, all accents will not be less than 25 accents.
normally north-eastern accent sounds like british accent, but not exactly and entirely, because such an accent has combined with scottish accent, english accent and irish accent, so the accent is more like the combination of all these three accents. due to the north-eastern coast is the first for all imigrants who came from britain and europe, naturally the north-eastern accent is obvious to be distinguished and being differed from other accents in united states.
the pronunciation of eastern accent is not as light and soft as north-eastern accent, but not as deep and raucous as southern accent.
personally i speak in southern accent, but my accent is incline toward texan accent, unlike other accents of alabama, louisiana, arkensas, and carolina. people of montana sometimes talk like texans because we have cowboys who drove herds of cows back and forth from montana to texas annually. so seriouslly texas is not the real hometown of all cowboys.
possibly i have got used to the western accent so i really can't tell you the difference, sorry about that.
due to the reason of i have no friends or knowing anyone who came from the central part of united states so i can't tell you what is that accent about either, sorry about that again.

i would say so, but i prefer to hear british accent if i had met people from north-eastern states.

大部分的人會比較習慣加州的口音因為電影都在這李拍的..所以看電腦聽到的英文都是加州英文阿

南美洲大多非以美語為主要語言，通常是西班牙語或葡萄牙語居多，所以他們在唸英文的口音上會有比較無法讓我們接受的音調。

美國英語發音大至上分為東部，西部，中部，南方及西北幾種
所謂的標準美國英語
指的是美國一般新聞主播常用的口音
語音接近愛阿華州及靠近內布拉斯加州與伊利諾州附近的地區
一般美國人所指沒有腔調的美語，指的就是標準美語

如果沒有常聽英文，要直接聽ｃｄ來分別地區可能有點難度比如說口音與阿甘布希類似，帶有喉音與稍微緩慢點的語調，比較偏南方帶舌音及句子結尾起來有點像問句，則偏北方東岸音與西岸音類似，得從抑揚頓挫及速度與用語來分別其中南方音地域性較強，最好學其他的口音較佳

美語沒有所謂的「標準音」，但有所謂「多數人所使用的音」，這在「美語發音字典」(John S. Kenyon及Thomas A. Knott合著)的緒論中有詳細說明，所以字典上標注的音實際乃是多數人所使用的音。另外，一般公認洛杉磯地區之語音係「無腔調」(nonaccent)的語音，其他地區的則為帶有地區腔調的語音，惟其中並無標準與否的問題。小朋友「模仿力」很強(年紀愈小模仿力愈強)，我們的責任在善用他們的模仿力幫助他們學習，講一大堆學理是不必要的，因為他們的「理解力」還不足以瞭解。反覆帶著做練習是唯一辦法，同時從練習中找出需要輔導的小朋友(即使模仿力很強，小朋友之間還是有差異)，給予特別的協助(多帶著做幾次練習)。因為小朋友的模仿力比較好，此時若有一個發音好的老師教導他們，將可奠定良好的美語發音基礎。也因此父母此時必須特別注意老師的發音，若是外國老師則要確認是美國人，最好還是來自西岸的白人，這非關歧視或成見，純是爲了小朋友學習上的考量，因為若是不小心養成了不良的發音習慣，以後要去改正可會是大工程呢！

美國很大
每個地方有每ㄍ地方ㄉ口音
基本上台灣很多美語老師並非從美國來
台灣也沒有官方證實應該學美語還是英語
所謂美語就是美式英語
英語就是英式英語
發音不同而已
基本上嚴格說文法都ㄧ樣
總之不管何種發音只要聽得懂就好ㄌ
KK音標ㄉ發音最準 外國人不一定準喔 只是好不好聽罷ㄌ!
